Credit Cards - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with St Tikhon’s Bookstore. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number-the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

When you place an order with St Tikhon’s Bookstore, we ask for your name, your billing address, the address for shipment of the order, your credit card number and expiration date and your email address. We consider this information private. We use the information only for the limited purposes of processing your orders, for statistical purposes to improve our site and services to you, and to administer our site.

In-stock items are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of your order. Orders placed after 2 PM friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday. Shipping charges are based on the shipping method chosen by the customer. We attempt to charge what it actually costs us to ship your order, not an inflated amount. We do have a $2.00 handling charge.

All items, with the exception of special order items, VHS tapes, DVDs, audio cassettes, CDs, software and sale items, may be returned for credit if they are not satisfactory. Returned items must be received in new condition within 30 days of purchase. Please call for prior authorization. A 10% restocking fee will be charged.

No returns on foreign orders (excluding Canada) unless it is our error.
